The Venue

Weddings Plans Saturday 19th June 2027 4:00pm: Arrival and check in at Le Stonghe Estate6:30pm: Welcome drinks at the Panoramic Terrace7:00pm: Pizza party at the Panoramic Terrace Please ensure you arrive at the venue in plenty of time to join us for the welcome drinks and pizza party. A shuttle bus will bring those guests staying at the Country House or Fossombrone Apartment to and from The Palazzo for the party. Dress code: Cocktail party. We kindly ask ladies to avoid wearing white or cream. A shuttle bus will bring those guests staying at the Country House or Fossombrone Apartment to and from The Palazzo for the wedding. Dress code: We kindly ask ladies to avoid wearing white or cream and the gents to avoid shorts or casual attire. Monday 21st June 2027 9:30am: Breakfast at the Barn Plans for the final day are TBC Tuesday 22nd June 2027 10:00am: Check out of the rooms and farewell brunch at the Barn11:30am: Departure from Le Stonghe Estate All wedding festivities and meals will take place at The Palazzo. Itinerary

Le Stonghe Estate is located in Italy's Le Marche region, between the Adriatic Coast and the Apennine mountains. Airports (and drive time) Ancona Rafaello Sanzio (45m)Rimini Federico Fellini (1h)Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi (1h 30m)Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (2h) Le Stonghe is best accessed by car. We will be visiting the venue in October 2026 and will provide further information as to best modes of transport/car hire/etc once we return. If flying into Ancona or Rimini, airport transfers are a good option for groups. Alternatively, both airports have rental car options. Please note that in typical Italian fashion, it can take a couple of hours to collect a rental car (even if you've pre-booked this) so please factor this in if collecting a car on the Saturday to ensure you are not late to the party! We will likely fly from Manchester to Rimini on Wednesday 16th June 2027 so if you're planning on attending our wedding as part of a longer trip or want to travel with us, please let us know your plans. If you have any questions or concerns about travel arrangements please let us know and we'll try our best to help.

Travel

The accommodation at Le Stronghe Estate is split across 3 sites; the Palazzo, the Country House and the Fossombrone Apartment. There are a range of apartments at each site with either 1, 2 or 3 rooms and a kitchenette. All rooms are double rooms (with an en suite) but can be set up as twin rooms if required. Rooms will be allocated based on numbers and family/friendship groups etc. Please kindly RSVP to reserve a room. Room allocations and more details will follow once we have final numbers. The cost of a double room is £200 per night (£600 total). Accommodation

How do I RSPV?

Click the RSVP button on the home page or menu. Enter your full name or the full name of the person you are responding for. You will then see a list of all invited guests from your party. You can include any dietary requirements with your response. If you experience any issues with the RSVP, please let us know.

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSPV as soon as you can but no later than 31 October 2026. The quicker we know numbers, the quicker we can provide more details on accommodation. Please ensure you have read through the information on the website before confirming your attendance.

What if I have any dietary requirements?

You can let us know when you RSPV. We will make sure the venue can accommodate your needs.

Are children invited?

Our save the dates were addressed directly to those invited. While we love your little ones, we have made the decision not to invite children. We understand this may require some extra arrangements and really appreciate your efforts to join us for this special occasion.

Can we attend only one event?

We kindly ask that guests join us for the duration of the celebrations. It is not possible to reduce the number of nights of accommodation but we promise to keep you fed and watered during your stay!

What is the dress code for the pizza party?

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in but we were thinking cocktail party/garden party vibes. We ask that you avoid white, cream or ivory so Sam can live out her pre-wedding bridal dreams!

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Please dress to impress! We kindly ask the ladies not to wear white, cream or ivory and our male guests to avoid shorts or casual attire. The wedding will take place in the afternoon and under cover to avoid the heat!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. For those of you planning an Italian road trip, camper vans are welcome to park at the venue but sleeping in the camper van will not be permitted.
